Above the Hills it was born from a family dream: to share the authentic flavors of the Salvadoran mountains with the world. On our land, located in the highlands of El Salvador, we cultivate specialty coffee using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation.

Each coffee bean is planted, cared for, and harvested by our own hands, ensuring the highest quality at every step of the process. Our philosophy is simple: 100% natural, 100% handcrafted.

In addition to coffee, we produce mountain honey, collected from our own beehives that live in harmony with our coffee plantations, creating a unique and sustainable ecosystem.
